UCRT's focus is to ensure that communities benefit from the sustainable management of land and natural resources.
Secure legal rights over land and natural resources give communities full autonomy to manage these assets sustainably, allowing them to reap the rewards of their responsible stewardship. UCRT supports communities in strengthening livelihoods and engaging in fair, transparent agreements with external partners. Through this approach, communities not only protect their environment but also secure tangible, lasting benefits that elevate poverty, empower women and youth and improve health and education access.
