Governed by a Board of Directors, our team consists of an Executive Director, Programme and Finance Managers, Programme Coordinators, Field Officers and Field Facilitators, and a Finance and Administrative team. Our Board meets regularly to support UCRT programmes and ensure transparency and accountability of the organisation. We also have a Senior Management Team made up of Program Coordinators drawn from all our regional zones, ensuring that each district is represented.
UCRT staff are positioned across northern Tanzania, either working in our Arusha office - but more often than not working on-the-ground in one of the 100-plus villages we currently partner with. As an organisation, all of our staff members come from the communities in which we work.
